Foundations of Your Job As a Project Engineer at TWD, you have a dual focus. You design unique structural and mechanical installation tools for construction projects. At the same time, you are responsible for the entire project, including its quality, budget, planning, and project members. You also manage client and (parent) suppliers communication.
A glimpse of your responsibilities:
Collaborating with your team to create functional designs that meet the project requirements
Working with your team to conduct the technical set up and execution of detailed calculations and reports
Acting as a liaison between the team and the client
Setting up, monitoring, and communicating the project planning and corresponding budget, assuring quality and timely delivery
Supporting the development and growth of project members
Recognizing sales opportunities within projects and writing quotations

You have 2-3 years of working experience as an Engineer
You have experience with client communication and managing your own projects
You have experience guiding team members
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field, including but not limited to:
Civil Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Aerospace Engineering
