Financial Administrator

Are you a structured, hands-on, and accurate Finance professional who is flexible, adaptive to change, and who can keep a clear overview at all times? Do you like to work on different accounting and finance tasks at the same time while monitoring your priorities? Foundations of your Job
As Financial Administrator at TWD, you are part of the current Finance team of Financial Administrators, a Billings & Collections Specialist, Financial Controllers and the Finance Manager. Together with the other team members, you smoothly manage TWD’s finances. You are responsible for the effective and accurate performance of multiple financial administration tasks. Besides, you are always looking for ways to optimize your tasks and come up with ideas to improve (general) company processes.
A glimpse of your responsibilities:

  • Hour administration and invoicing
  • Accounts receivables 
  • Point of contact for other departments and clients regarding purchase orders and invoicing status
  • Generating ad-hoc and support financial administrators and controllers

What Makes You Great
We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic person with a hands-on mentality and the following profile:
You are the perfect match for TWD if you also have the following skills and experience:
  • You have a finance-related degree in Finance or Business Economics or an equivalent
  • You have approximately 1 year or 2 years of working experience 
  • You are familiar with accounts receivable processes
  • You are a flexible and communicative team player
  • You are a proactive person and like to take initiatives
  • You are fluent in English 
  • You are available 32-40 hours per week
