Foundations of Your Job As our Office Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our London office, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and productively. Currently, our office consists of 22 people, and we’re looking to grow to 40 within the next two years. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to areas like People & Culture, Legal, and Finance, allowing you to shape the role, bring your ideas to the forefront, and expand your responsibilities.
Office Management You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring the London office operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis. From managing office contracts (e.g. electricity, cleaning) to keeping the workspace fully stocked and well-maintained, your proactive approach will ensure productivity and a welcoming environment. This includes arranging lunch, and organizing team events.
In addition, you’ll also handle tasks such as:
Assisting with organizing external courses, exhibitions, career fairs, and other events.
Managing small refurbishments and redecoration tasks.
Arranging repairs of office utilities when needed.
Other Areas You Can Contribute To While your main focus will be office management, based on your personal affinities, wishes or past experience, you will also have opportunities to support our Enabling Services teams in our headquarters in Rotterdam: People & Culture, Legal, and Finance based on your interests and strengths.
People & Culture Collaborate with our P&C team in Rotterdam on tasks including candidate screening, interview coordination, employee onboarding, and HR-related administration.
Legal Assist with preparing and managing contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation, ensuring smooth processes for the team.
Finance Support the finance team by managing invoices, tracking payments, and verifying employee work hours and declarations.

You are the perfect match for TWD if you also have:
Experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.
Experience in HR or legal is a plus, but not required—what matters most is your eagerness to develop new skills.
