Foundations of Your Job As a senior QHSE engineer you play a pivotal role in helping the organization to professionalize. Your main responsibility is to make sure that our quality management system facilitates TWD’s growth and ensures that our way of working is consistent, our deliverables are of high quality and our designs safe and sustainable– throughout our entire organization. A glimpse of your responsibilities:
Setting up a scalable quality control monitoring system
Conducting audits, surveys and interviews
Analyzing project data and provide insight in project quality performance
Providing QHSE support to projects
Facilitating QHSE workshops
Ensuring compliance with our quality management system
What Makes You Great You bring a wealth of experience in monitoring and control activities of quality management systems. You are ambitious, want to set things up and find ways to improve the system. You like to share knowledge, work together, and help others. You are thorough, well organized and like to wrap things up. You have affinity with engineering and design. You are a perfect match for TWD if you also have the following skills and experience:
5+ years of experience as a QHSE engineer
Led ISO9001 recertification
Certified internal auditor
